Hue private tour program

To start with, in the morning we will come to pick you up at hotel in Da Nang or Hoi An and we start Hue private tour. Then, we will follow coastal road and pass by Da Nang city and pretty beaches. Our first stop is Hai Van Pass or  the Pass of the Ocean Clouds that is one of the most impressive passes in Vietnam . It is an amazing pass in Vietnam with many snaking pathways and spectacular view. Next, we might stop on the way for you to have a panoramic view of Da Nang bay. Also, we will have a short break on top of the mountain road where you can garb some pictures of ancient brick towers and American bunkers in the war. Following the tour, we will make another stop at Lang Co Beach for you to shoot some beautiful pictures of Lang Co town. After that, we move on the tour by a direct transfer to Hue – a lovely green city by romantic Perfume river – the former ancient capital of Vietnam from 1802 to 1945.

On arrival in Hue, we firstly visit Hue Citadel – the last royal city of Vietnam with three ramparts: Hue Citadel, Hue Imperial city and Forbidden city together with some beautiful constructions including the Flag Tower, Ngo Mon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace and Forbidden Purple City.

After that, we will enjoy lunch in a local restaurant with Hue’s specialties such as Hue pancake, banana flower salad, spring rolls and so on. Then our next visit is Thien Mu Pagoda (Heavenly Lady Pagoda) which is known as unofficial symbol of Hue city. Located on small hill overlooking Perfume river, the pagoda is a Buddist place for people to come and practice their religion. Behind the main gate is the main sanctuary where Buddist monks come to pray and there is old car that took superior monk to his self immolation in 1963 in Saigon.

Eventually, we will transfer you by car to visit tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh which features some modern European architectural designs and traditional oriental styles. This spot is known as a must see place in Hue; the tomb is an awesome construction with lots of decorated dragons and mosaic architecture. Finally, we take you back to the hotel in Da Nang or Hoi An and we will finish the tour here.
